Since our founding in 2020, BM Design House has established itself as Tamil Nadu’s premier luxury interior design studio. In just four years, we’ve successfully delivered 85+ exceptional projects across 14 cities in the region, transforming over 100,000 square feet of premium residential and commercial spaces.
Currently, we’re crafting 35 active projects encompassing 50,000 square feet, each reflecting our distinctive approach that marries contemporary sophistication with purposeful functionality. Based in Chennai, our studio brings international design sensibilities while honoring Tamil Nadu’s rich architectural heritage.

BM Design House is a celebrated luxury interior design studio based in Chennai, founded by Mr.Bharth, recognized among India’s Top 10 Interior Designers. With over a decade of independent design expertise, she has shaped some of Chennai’s most prestigious residential and commercial spaces, earning acclaim for her meticulous craftsmanship and visionary approach.

The Team
Essajees Atelier has a team of 35, and growing, young, curious, and extremely talented design professionals. The team is a mix of architects and interior designers from different parts of the country. It consists of members who have completed their Masters from prestigious universities as well as those who ran their own studios before joining Essajees Atelier. The team is made up of diverse backgrounds but is united in their enthusiasm, positive outlook, eagerness to learn, and is incredibly focused and process-oriented.
Every project Essajees Atelier undertakes is allotted to dedicated teams that work with the clients from start to finish.
City-Wide Designer Groups
With an aim to foster collaborations over the competition, Essajees Atelier has created a number of city-wide designer groups to build a designer community that helps one another, provides access to events, and enables networking through meetups and local connections. It is absolutely free of cost and is open to principal designers and architects from the respective cities.
